OLATHE, Kansas – The Gerson Companies, a leading provider of seasonal and everyday home décor, has acquired the assets of décor importer Park Hill Collection, LLC for an undisclosed amount. Park Hill will continue to be based and operate in Little Rock.
The acquisition increases Gerson’s presence in the design-inspired home decor space and expands its day-to-day home decor presence and customer reach in the design-inspired home decor market.

Park Hill will continue to operate under the same name as a wholly owned subsidiary of Gerson, but will retain its existing office and distribution center in Little Rock, Arkansas, according to the company.

Jacob Gerson and JJ Hjalmarson, fourth-generation Gerson Company family members, will serve as interim general managers of Park Hill in the initial post-closing of the acquisition as Gerson conducts a nationwide search to recruit and hire a general manager at Park Hill full-time.
