• Brooklyn R. Gotelaere, 22, Duluth, driving after suspension, fined $200.
• Edward K. Rono, 27, Cloquet, driving after revocation, judgment suspended for six months.
• Jermaine LA Scott, 35, Maplewood, Minnesota, driving after suspension, adjudication suspended for one year; driving 117 mph in a 70 mph zone, fined $100.
• Glenn E. Swanson, 70, Carlton, impaired driving, fine $300 and 90 days local jail, time remained on one year probation with conditions.

• Andrew C. Armstrong, 21, Maple, Wisconsin, driving after suspension, fined $240.
• Samantha M. Hoffman, 23, Duluth, receiving stolen property, $100 fine and 30 days local jail, time spent on one year probation, pays $1,155 in restitution.
• Shawn M. Jacobs, 52, Carlton, driving a motor vehicle with prohibited blood alcohol content, fined $50, 90 days local jail, and 42 months in jail, jail term remained at large supervised for five years with conditions; driving after cancellation – hostile to public safety, $400 fine and 120 days local confinement, 86 days probation one year with conditions, concurrent.
• Daisha V. Kilgore, 34, Las Vegas, Nevada, driving after revocation (offence dated: 2/9/16), fined $150 and 90 days local jail, time on probation for one year.
• Kenneth B. Kovala, age 40, Duluth, drug possession, 15 months in prison, suspended prison term with one day probation.
• Darrell J. Reynolds-Couture, 19, Cloquet, possession of a controlled substance, judgment suspended with three years probation with conditions, $50 fine and 40 days in local jail; According to count possession of a controlled substance, the judgment remained on three years’ probation with conditions, a $50 fine and 42-day local jail time.

• Sarah EM Lone, age 31, Duluth, possession of a controlled substance, one year local confinement, 332 days local confinement, one year probation with conditions; theft, $50 fine and 90 days local confinement, 79 days of one year probation with conditions, 20 hours community labor service.
• Jeffrey D. Murray, 66, Foxboro, driving a motor vehicle with prohibited blood alcohol content, was fined $300 and 90 days local jail, time he remained on probation for one year with conditions.
• Blake E. Neumann, 33, Hamel, Minnesota, CMV – active duty driver in possession of or under the influence of drugs or other substances, adjudicated on probation for one year.
• Adam R. Stepan, 37, Cloquet, impaired driving, fined $3,000 and one year local jail, 275 days and $2,300 stay on two years probation with conditions; obstructing the legal process, fined $100 and 30 days local jail, 25 days suspended on one year’s probation.
• Tyler A. Schlais, 27, Superior, on the run from a peace officer, fined $50 and 15 months in prison, jail term remained on three year probation with conditions.
• Danielle L. Webster, 31, Duluth, possession of drug paraphernalia, fined $50.

• Shawna M. Cramer, 30, of Sandstone, Minnesota, driving 95 mph in a 70 mph zone, was fined $70.
• Thomas D. Moynan, 56, Cloquet, possession of a controlled substance, judgment suspended with one year probation with conditions, 15 days local jail
• Challan L. Roerig, age 29, Overland Park, Kansas, grand larceny, $50 fine and one year local jail, 338 days spent on two years probation with conditions; view defaced/revoked/stolen license plates, $300 fine, concurrent; possession of a controlled substance, suspended sentence for three years probation with conditions, 15 days local confinement, concurrent; theft, $50 fine, and 30 days local confinement, 13 days probation for one year, concurrent; impaired driving, $500 fine and 90 days local jail, 63 days one year probation with conditions, concurrent; driving after revocation, $220 fine, concurrent.
