Man rushed to hospital after shooting in far northeast, SAPD reports

SAN ANTONIO – According to the San Antonio police, a man was taken to an area hospital after being shot in the far northeast part of the city.

The shooting took place around 5:20 pm on Sunday in the 12600 block of Uhr Ln.

It is not clear what led to the shooting, but when the police arrived, they found that the man, in his 20s and 30s, had been shot in the torso.

According to SAPD, he was taken by ambulance to the district hospital and is in critical condition, but he is expected to survive.

Police are still working on finding the suspect. The shooting was an isolated incident.
