Multi-vehicle crash causes fire and disrupts eastbound I-70 in Kansas City, KS
Police say around four or five cars were involved and some people could be fatally injured.

A multi-vehicle accident shut down eastbound I-70 starting at N. 57th Street in Kansas City, Kansas and continuing to approximately I-635. The accident itself occurred near the I-635 interchange. Police say four to five cars are involved and one person is dead. It is not yet known how many other people were injured. A fire also broke out in the grass near the incident. Police are asking people to avoid the area as they work to clean it up.
