January 16th
– Public intoxication and possession of second degree marijuana from the 400 Block of Fulton Springs Road (highway/street/alley/street/sidewalk). 1.52 grams of marijuana and 1.26 grams of methamphetamine were recovered.
– Notice of trespassing from the 1200 block of 1st Street North (restaurant).
-Home accident from 100 block 4th Avenue NE (residence/home).
– Less alcohol from Interstate 65 North at mileage 238 (highway/street/alley/street/sidewalk).
– Property damage from the 1600 block of Mission Hill Road (church/synagogue/temple/mosque). Damaged was $1 worth of weed.
-Pet reporting from 100 Block of Ashford Way (residence/house).
– Domestic violence – third degree from Block 200 of 9th Via SE (residence/domicile).

-Second degree tampering and harassment by 300 Block Park Village Drive (residence/domicile).
-Attempted to evade a police officer from Highway 119 (Highway/Street/Alley/Street/Sidewalk).
January 17th
– Grand theft by deception from 100 block South Colonial Drive (restaurant). Stolen was $1,500 worth of money.
-Information from the 1500 Block of Kent Dairy Road (motorway/road/alley/street/pavement) only. Cellular devices, 8.2 grams of marijuana, two bottles of prescription drugs, 35 pills identified as Tramadol and $1 worth of cash were recovered.
– Unlawful vehicle break-in from the 1200 block of Simmsville Road.
-Second-degree felony charge ($500 to $2,500) from the 1200 block of Simmsville Road (parking lot/parking/garage). Damaged were two black Jeep doors worth $1,000.
– Unlawful theft of a vehicle from the 1200 block of Simmsville Road (residence/house).
– Unlawful theft of a vehicle from the 1200 block of Simmsville Road (residence/house). A beige Gucci wallet, Visa credit/debit cards, cash, three ID cards and an EBT credit/debit card worth $306 were stolen.

– Domestic violence – third degree – assault 3rd from the 900 block of Highway 31 South (residence/domicile).
– Drunk driving – alcohol from Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot/parking lot/garage).
January 18th
-Theft of first degree lost property (over $2,500) from 100 Block of Commercial Court (commercial/office building). The theft was a catalyst worth $2,500.
-Larceny/theft – theft – pickpocket, $500 or less from 600 Block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department/discount store). The stolen and recovered merchandise was worth $214.74.

-Third-degree criminal mischief ($500 or less) from 100 block of Marigold Drive (residence/home). Damaged was an automobile; Honda Civic worth $1.
-Forgery – Counterfeit from 1900 Block of Butler Road (Bank/Savings and Loans).
– Property damage from Highway 31 to County Road 26 (highway/street/alley/road/sidewalk). Damaged were a black BMW and a grey/silver Honda.
