The Plano Parks and Recreation Department is hosting a series of hiring events in preparation for the summer season, the city said in an email.
The first event is scheduled for Saturday from 9 am to noon at the Carpenter Park Recreation Center, 6701 Coit Road.
The second recruitment event is scheduled for March 4th. in the same place and at the same time.
Applicants aged 14 and over who enter will have the opportunity to be interviewed by a team member. There is also a chance of being hired locally.
Those claiming to participate in water sports must bring a swimwear with them. Swimming tests will be conducted on site.

No experience required. All training and certification is also provided free of charge.

- Adapted Recreation Assistants and Specialists
- Concession maintenance personnel
- gymnastics coaches
- The main rescuers
- Swimming instructors
- Rest Assistants
- Summer camp coordinators and counselors
- Swim Instructor Assistants
