The Bulldogs and Bearcats finish in the top ten during Saturday invitationals across the region.

SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. (KNEP) – Both the out-of-state Scottsbluff and Gering wrestling teams competed in invitational wrestling tournaments over the weekend.
Gering High School’s team in Colorado for the Westminster Invite and the Bulldogs finished strongly scoring 195.5 points to take first place overall. Frost Wallace, Jordan Shirley, Taydon Gorsuch and Collin Schwartzkopf also claimed the individual group title.
Scottsbluff High School’s team in Kansas for the Rocky Welton Invite and the Bearcats finished ninth overall with a team score of 114. Connor Whiteley wins an individual bracket title.
