The family was in the cold, slept in the car. They arrived in Jordan, hoping to find safety from earthquakes. “We couldn’t send food, clothes, we couldn’t do anything for them. We just watched them and talked to them. How are you guys? Are you warm? Have you eaten today?” Al Batainbeh said.
