Detectives with the Kansas City, Missouri, Police Department are investigating a fatal crash on Saturday night. A motorcyclist suffered fatal injuries in the two-vehicle crash. Police say an initial investigation found a white Chrysler 300 was traveling west on 23rd Street in the left lane. A black Honda motorcycle was on the double yellow line between the eastbound and westbound lanes of 23rd Street. Chrysler driver hit Honda. Both vehicles then entered the eastbound lanes, where the Honda went off the road. The driver of the Honda was transported to a hospital in the area in danger of life. The Chrysler driver was not injured in the crash. 23rd Street was closed in all directions for approximately an hour and a half.
