WATCH: Greg Abbott sworn in for third term as Texas governor delivers inaugural address

Greg Abbott was sworn in Tuesday morning for his third four-year term as governor.

Inauguration Day events in Austin included an 11 a.m. swearing-in ceremony on the north steps of the Texas Capitol.
