The Kansas City, Missouri, Police Department is searching for a 9-year-old boy who went missing Wednesday morning. Naomi Slayten, 9, went missing shortly after 9 a.m. in the 99 Street and Richmond Drive area. KCPD described Slayten as biracial, 4 feet 3 inches tall, and 50 pounds.
