A man has been charged in connection with an armed robbery that occurred on Super Bowl Sunday in Lenexa. Sylvester Pickett, 30, was charged with “multiple felonies” related to the armed robbery of a retail store in the 9700 block of Quivira. Pickett and a second individual are accused of entering the store and pulling a handgun at the employees. The two shop employees were tied up by the suspects and a third person, a customer, was held by the suspects. Police are working to identify the second suspect in the case.
