This one might seem obvious. Drinking plenty of water can make a huge difference in not just your overall health, it can also improve the way you look. Water is, after all, the stuff of life. It’s simple. Drink plenty of water and your overall health will improve and you will feel better and look better. Staying hydrated will do wonders for your body and mind. While you might not see the results right away, drinking enough water is the difference between great skin and dry skin. Water is the most natural skin moisturizer there is.

Cut Back on Salt

Salt isn’t great for your skin. Since we eat diets that are quite high in salt, it’s a good idea for you to watch your sodium intake. Never add salt to your food when you eat out. Everything is already salted enough. It also isn’t good for your blood, circulation, heart health, and more. But the more salt you eat, you will see it in your skin and you will become puffy and bloated. You will feel better and look better when you eat less sodium.
