Philadelphia Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni can be a bit of a polarizing figure due to his antics, and Giants safety Julian Love let it be known how he viewed them.

Love appeared on Thursday’s episode of Good morning Football on NFL Network when asked about the head coach of the Eagles. Giants safety hasn’t dampened his feelings for Sirianni.

“He’s a guy who’s, really, doing a good job because he’s not getting in the way of his team,” Love told the hosts. “He has an expert roster from top to bottom: offense and defense.”

As for the antics that Sirianni has shown at times, including a shot of him robbing the camera, Love doesn’t seem to appreciate much.

“I don’t like. I don’t like him at all,” Love said. “Right now he’s there for a free ride. You guys can coach this team. I mean come on.

Love’s comments likely won’t sit well with Eagles fans, who are gearing up to see their team battle for their first Super Bowl title since 2017. The Eagles knocked the Giants out of the playoffs this season by beating New York 38-7. York in the Divisional Round in January.

The Eagles also handed the Giants two more losses during the regular season, so there isn’t much loss of love between the two teams.

Super Bowl week begins next week in Arizona as the Eagles take on the Kansas City Chiefs for the NFL crown. Love’s comments are likely to come back to Sirianni as reporters begin criticizing him and the Eagles players in the days leading up to the big game.

And it will probably be something they will remember when the Eagles and Giants play against each other next season. Add this as another footnote in the longstanding rivalry between the Giants and Eagles
