How gas prices in Texas have changed in the last week

Gas prices are slightly lower this week, on average, in the US as drivers prepare for Valentine’s weekend plans.

A gallon of gas has averaged $3.43 this week, according to AAA gas price data. Stacker has compiled statistics on gas prices in Texas. Gas prices are updated to February 10th. State gas tax data is from the World Population Review.

Delaware, Ohio, Maryland and Tennessee saw gas prices per gallon fall the most in the past seven days.

Gas prices are still about $1 higher than they typically were in early February in recent years. Oil costs remained lower last week and there is less demand for gas from Americans on the go, keeping pump prices from climbing any higher, according to AAA.
