Deputies responded to the 2700 block of Briarcliff Drive for a family dispute Sunday at 6:39 p.m. The argument was only verbal.

At 2.03am on Saturday 18 February MPs responded at Patterson Road and Oakdale Road for a vehicle into a post. When the police arrived, the driver of the vehicle had fled, leaving the vehicle behind.

Deputies and probation officers were conducting probation compliance checks in the City of Riverbank on Saturday at 9:28 am. Ruben Singh, 35, was located in the 5700 block of Rose Brook Drive. Stolen property, ammunition and burglary tools were among Singh’s belongings. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and charged with multiple charges.

As of 1:50 pm Saturday, Deputies and Probation Officers were conducting probation compliance audits in the City of Riverbank. Joseph Boatman, 31, was found in possession of a fixed blade knife. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

Deputies responded at Callander Avenue and Topeka Street at 10:19 pm Saturday for a vehicle hitting the guardrail. MPs singled out a 57-year-old woman after discovering she had switched seats with the passenger. Once the investigation was completed, she was arrested for DUI. She was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

At 2:38 am on Friday, February 17, Deputies responded to the 3400 block of Atchison Street for a vandalism report. There is no suspicious information.

At 3:39 pm Friday deputies responded to Kentucky Avenue and Terminal Avenue for an assault with a deadly weapon. One subject sustained injuries from being hit on the head with a hard object. A suspect has been identified and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Deputies attempted to stop a vehicle that was going about 110 mph on Friday at 8pm. The vehicle did not stop and a chase ensued. AIR101 followed the vehicle from above and led the deputies to where it was parked in an apartment complex. Driver Adam McClanahan, 40, was arrested. He was transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center where he was booked for drunk driving, pursuit and reckless driving.

At 12:40 pm on Thursday, February 16, Deputies responded to the 3900 block of Townsend Avenue about a reported theft. The investigation is ongoing.

Deputies responded to the 3700 block of Atchison Street for a weapon swing Thursday at 9:06 am. A 22-year-old woman was positively identified as responsible. She was taken into custody without incident, transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

At 16:19 on Thursday the deputies responded to the 6600 block of via Cipponeri for a family brawl. The reporting party was a sister of one of the parties. The report was taken for documentation only.

Deputies responded to the 5200 block of Squire Wells Way about a possible drunk driver on Thursday at 7:10pm. A 31-year-old man was found driving in the Home Depot parking lot. After the investigation, he was arrested for drunk driving, transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and booked.

At 2.43am on Wednesday 15 February deputies responded to Stanislaus Street and Third Street for two individuals who appeared to be attempting to jack up a car. Officers searched the area and subjects were missing.

At 8:17 am Wednesday deputies responded to Willow Creek Lane and Marsh Creek Lane for a subject who lived out of a truck parked in the neighborhood. MPs contacted the individual who said his lorry broke down and that he is about to get a tow truck.

Deputies responded to the 3600 block of Iowa Avenue for a stolen vehicle parked on the street Wednesday at 8:49 am. Deputies contacted James Haflich, 30, and Olivia Telles, 27, who were sleeping in the vehicle. It was determined that they had been in possession of the vehicle since it was reported stolen. Both were transported to the Stanislaus Detention Center and charged with multiple charges.

At 7.50pm on Wednesday MPs responded to the 7000 block of Royal Links Drive about a fraud complaint. There is limited suspicious information. The investigation is ongoing.
